Overview

An internal platform for automated Kubernetes cluster provisioning and lifecycle management on AWS. Driven by modular Terraform configurations and a Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, it reduced human error and dramatically shortened infrastructure delivery cycles.

Challenge

Reducing cluster provisioning time from two hours to under ten minutes while maintaining zero-downtime deployments and full environment parity across staging and production.

Outcome

Reduced infrastructure provisioning time by 87% and cut cloud spend by 34% through automated right-sizing and idle resource reclamation.
